2 Years Old!!

Before I continue with the Hawaii pictures, I figured I should put up some birthday pictures first. I meant to post on Wednesday, Alison's actual birthday, but of course that didn't happen... better late than never!

So we hung them up anyway...

The goal was to make Alison's favorite cookies (Christmas cookies)
and spell out "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALISON!"

Sadly, the cookies stuck to the sheets and
we changed our goal to "ALI" and a ton of cookie shards.

So, in conclusion, if you look at the blog entry from last year,
you'll see that we've taken enormous strides in our party planning
efforts, but we still have a loooooong ways to go.

Fortunately, a couple days later Sheila made a gorgeous cake

for her to make up for our incompetence!

Thank goodness for good friends with skills!!
