It's hard to believe that Alison's been outside as long as inside! Yesterday she had her 9-month checkup and the doctor said she looks great! She is still 97% for weight at 23 lbs. 12 oz. and dropped to 89% for height at 29". We're relieved that she might not become the tallest girl in the world, although her dad wouldn't mind getting courtside seats to WNBA games.
She's not crawling yet but getting closer every day. She can scoot backwards and pivot in a circle, but moving forward is still a mystery to her. We're enjoying these last few weeks of being able to leave the room for a minute and know where she'll be when we get back!
Here are some recent pictures. The first group is from her mealtimes (which are totally exhausting!!). She's learned how to pick up food like Cheerios and is starting to feed herself.

Here's Dan at the start of the meal. Look how happy he is!Cheerios, puffs and rice crackers...??
I got one in!
Is there a return policy if I don't like it?
That wasn't so hard. I don't know what the fuss is all about...
I'm starting to have major second thoughts!
Feeding a baby 3x a day is EXHAUSTING!!
(Well, maybe not every baby...see note above re: size.)
Awww...
